Skin analysis results: processed transiently for on-screen display and report generation (same basis). However, the score values are also stored as part of the 'service operation & quality-improvement records' below. Entered information (age range; gender optional): processed as needed to provide the analysis and recommendations (same basis). Your age range is also used for the on-screen age-group comparison, which is computed in your browser against a reference statistics table; nothing extra is stored or sent for it. Access IP address and standard server logs (including browser User-Agent): abuse prevention and service operation (legal basis: Articles 15(1)4 and 15(1)6). Service operation & quality-improvement records: capture-condition numbers (brightness, sharpness, etc.), skin score values, the age range and optional gender from the pre-scan survey, and the stage and device string (User-Agent) when the camera is blocked or face detection fails, stored together with a random pseudonymous identifier in your browser's local storage — photos, names, and email addresses are never included. The identifier by itself does not tell us who you are, but if you request your results by email it is linked to that request. Purpose: analyzing how capture conditions affect results, improving measurement quality and the service, building age-group reference statistics, and monitoring fairness across devices. Legal basis: Article 15(1)6 (legitimate interest) — no photo or contact details are included and the identifier alone cannot identify you, so we assess that this does not unduly infringe your rights and stays within a substantially related, reasonable scope. Retention: 3 years after collection, the pseudonymous identifier is automatically removed and the record is de-identified (timestamp reduced to the month, scores rounded to 5-point steps, most capture-condition numbers rounded to one decimal place; resolution integers and the device string are kept), leaving statistical data that contains no name, email or identifier; the converted data (month, banded capture-condition numbers and scores, age range, gender, device string) is kept for the duration of the service for capture-environment research and measurement-quality improvement. To refuse: clearing your browser data resets the identifier, and you can request deletion of the records via the contact in Section 5. We take the following measures to process personal data securely. Organizational: personal-data handling is limited to the representative (privacy officer), with internal management procedures in place. 為生成推薦報告（自然語言說明），僅限無法識別個人的肌膚測量數值（含 AI 判定之膚質類型）及您所輸入的年齡層，會傳送至以下外部 AI 語言模型服務並由其處理：Google Gemini（Google LLC）、Anthropic Claude（Anthropic PBC）。〔電子郵件寄送之境外委託處理 — 依《個人資料保護法》第28條之8第1項第3款（為提供您所要求之服務而為之處理委託）公開〕電子郵件寄送業務（分析報告及 My Skin 登入連結／驗證碼郵件）委託境外受託者處理如下 — 接收者：Plus Five Five, Inc.（服務名稱 Resend，美國）／聯絡方式：privacy@resend.com／傳輸項目：電子郵件地址、姓名（選填）及所寄送之郵件內容（報告、登入連結／驗證碼）／國家、時機與方式：美國；於寄送時透過加密（TLS）網路傳送／目的：電子郵件寄送／保存期間：依受託者政策，郵件資料於寄送處理後保存最長30日，並於委託契約終止後90日內刪除（依受託者 DPA）／拒絕方式與效果：不申請電子郵件報告或 My Skin 登入即不發生傳輸；僅該等郵件功能無法使用（分析與推薦仍可使用）。 〔同意 AI 學習時之跨境傳輸 — 以另行同意為基礎〕經您同意「AI 學習／研究利用」之臉部照片，將於去識別化後，為 AI 模型學習與驗證之目的，依《個人資料保護法》第28條之8如下傳輸並保存於境外 — 接收者：RunPod, Inc.（美國）／聯絡方式：help@runpod.io／傳輸項目：去識別化之臉部影像及肌膚測量結果／國家、時機與方式：美國；學習時透過加密網路傳送／目的：AI 肌膚分析模型之學習與驗證／保存期間：至撤回同意、請求刪除或委託終止為止／拒絕方式、程序與效果：未給予照片保存・AI 學習之另行同意即不進行跨境傳輸；已給予之同意可隨時透過第5節聯絡方式撤回。拒絕或撤回不影響分析與推薦之使用（僅以傳輸為前提之 AI 學習利用受限）。該等臉部照片之 RunPod 跨境傳輸，未經此另行同意絕不進行。 本公司得依《個人資料保護法》第28條之2，將所蒐集之個人資料去識別化（假名處理）至無法識別特定個人，用於統計作成、科學研究（含 AI 模型研究開發）、公益記錄保存等目的；假名資訊將分離保存與管理以防止再識別。另外，已反映於 AI 模型而成為統計形態（如模型參數等）之成果，屬無法識別特定個人之資訊，依同法第58條之2不列入刪除對象。

使用者可拒絕照片保存、「AI 學習／研究利用」等選擇性同意（拒絕亦不影響分析與推薦之使用），並得隨時請求查閱、更正、刪除所提供之資訊，及撤回同意（包括取消訂閱郵件）。 My Skin 使用者可透過「刪除我的肌膚紀錄」直接刪除所有已儲存的肌膚分析紀錄（含同意儲存之照片）；同意與取消訂閱之最小紀錄得作為法律憑證保留。 此外，使用者得依《個人資料保護法》第37條之2，就完全自動化之分析／推薦決定請求說明或表示拒絕，並得依同法第28條之8要求停止個人資料之跨境傳輸（此時相關服務之使用可能受限）。個人資料相關諮詢，請透過上述聯絡方式提出。
本公司為安全處理個人資料，採取下列措施。 管理面：個人資料之處理以代表人（個人資料保護負責人）為限，並維持內部管理程序。 技術面：傳輸加密（TLS／HTTPS）；登入驗證碼僅以雜湊形式儲存（不留明文）；工作階段權杖之簽章驗證；伺服器存取控管；連線紀錄之保存。 實體及其他：對保存個人資料之伺服器與儲存媒體進行存取控管、定期備份，並於目的達成後執行銷毀程序。
