Automatically collected (measurement quality): capture-condition numbers (brightness, sharpness, etc. — numbers only, never your photo) and a random anonymous identifier stored in your browser's local storage — used only to analyze how capture conditions affect results and to improve measurement quality; the identifier alone cannot identify you and is reset when you clear your browser data. To generate the recommendation report (natural-language explanation), only non-identifying skin measurement values (including the AI-determined skin type) and the age range you entered are transmitted to and processed by the following external AI language-model services: Google Gemini (Google LLC) and Anthropic Claude (Anthropic PBC). Email report delivery is entrusted to Resend, Inc. (USA) (cross-border transfer). [Cross-border transfer upon AI-training consent] Facial photos for which you consented to "AI training / research use" may, after pseudonymization, be transferred and stored abroad for AI model training and validation, pursuant to Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act — Recipient: RunPod, Inc. (USA) / Items: pseudonymized facial images and skin measurement results / Purpose: training and validation of AI skin-analysis models / Timing & method: transmitted over an encrypted network during training / Retention: until consent withdrawal / deletion request or termination of the engagement. Pursuant to Article 28-2 of the Act, the Company may pseudonymize collected personal data so that individuals cannot be identified and process it for statistics, scientific research (including AI model R&D), and archiving in the public interest; pseudonymized data is stored and managed separately to prevent re-identification.
